Candidates will be utilized on the internal team to assist with Key System installs and Maintenance for existing and new CPE customers in the CA01 ( San Jose to San Francisco)
Qualified candidate should have minimum 5 years experience installing and maintaining Nortel CPE. Candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining BCM50, BCM 400, including VoIP, unified messaging, and Call Pilot for new and existing customers. Qualified individual will also be required to work overtime as well as be on call on a rotating basis. Should have functional knowledge of various types of dial tone PRI, Centrex, Loop and ground start. Candidate will be expected to work with Project Management as well as directly with customers to complete expectations of installs and projects. Ability to perform basic SCCS Scripting is a plus for this assignment. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
